Your new role
The ideal candidate will take a lead role in designing and implementing/deploying commercial-off-the-shelf and cloud-based services into the organisation.

You will be able to effectively understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions and have an appreciation of various integration/Middleware technologies and approaches

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in implementing applications with 100's/1000's users and have experience with design documentation including service design and knowledge articles. You will provide a mixture of both functional and technical application management expertise and will be able to effectively understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 3 years design, systems analysis, programming or technical support experience
• Proven track record of design or implementation of ICT end-to-end solutions
• Experience dealing with design documentation ie Service Design Pack and Knowledge Articles
• An understanding of ITIL/TOGAF and/or ISO27001
• A good level of commercial awareness and be able to assess suitability of solutions against requirements, security standards and technical specifications
