SEO Manager

SEO Manager required for our client; a global media publishing organisation based in London.

Working in the SEO team we are looking for a data driven SEO Manager with an editorial search engine optimization history to help the publishing business increase their organic search traffic through content, site improvements and education around SEO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of editorial SEO at publisher, news site, agency or similar.

This is a 6 month contract, working in a hybrid model of 2/3 days in the office/home, outside IR35.

Skills:

• Minimum 2 years editorial (content) SEO based projects, preferably for a major media/publishing organization, or agency working on editorial content
• Proven track record - Applicants must submit websites that demonstrate their SEO ability and be prepared to discuss
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools and concepts, particularly Google Search Console
• Strong understanding of third-party enterprise SEO tools (eg SEMRush, Screaming Frog, etc)
• Strong SEO copywriting skills
