FDM Group is a global professional services provider with a focus on IT and business solutions. The company has a strong presence in London and is currently seeking a MuleSoft Platform Architect to join their team.

This is a leadership role responsible for designing and implementing complex integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. You will be responsible for the overall technical design and architecture of integration solutions, working closely with clients, project managers, and developers to ensure successful delivery of integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, architect, and implement complex integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MuleSoft's capabilities and limitations to provide technical leadership and guidance to clients and development teams.
  • Define and implement integration strategies and best practices to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and robust integration architectures.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  • Create documentation, including technical designs, specifications, and implementation guides.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of integration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, best practices, and enterprise integration technologies.
  • Experience with API-led connectivity, microservices, and containerization.
  • Knowledge of Java, XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
  • Understanding of integration security and performance best practices.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading technical teams and providing technical guidance and mentorship.

This role will play a critical role in the success of integration project/s and are responsible for defining and implementing integration strategies that meet the needs of our clients.
