This is an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Manager looking to step up their game with an established company. Working alongside the General Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of a multi-faceted dining operation.

The Assistant Manager will need to be competent at running large scale events whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail. The right individual will be naturally charismatic, calm under pressure, organised and possess excellent communication skills.

The Assistant Manager responsibilities include:

• Opening and Closing of the restaurant
• Maintain the reputation and high-standards of the company.
• Plan and prepare for each service consistently and thoroughly.
• Ensure all team members provide seamless service
• Create rotas and maintain appropriate staff level to cover peak and quiet hours.
• Take an active role in inducting, training and developing your team
• Oversee front of house areas to ensure each service runs to optimum efficiency
