Lessons Learned/Continuous Improvement Manager - Glasgow - 6months

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lessons Learned/Continuous Improvement Manager with our public-sector client for a 6 months contract £250 - £300 per day (Inside IR35) based in Glasgow.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and facilitating a range of Lessons Learned/Learning from Experience activities and producing outputs including action plans and updates for a range of audiences.
- Experience of planning and facilitating Lessons Learned and Continuous Improvement activities, capturing inputs, creating outputs and action plans and ensuring actions are progressed.
- Demonstrable knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes and/or projects; the ability to communicate and apply knowledge in practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to have difficult conversations and influence others.
- Ability to deal credibly with a range of stakeholders who may have competing priorities.
