Description

The EMX Solutions Consultant will hold a proven track record in the configuration and testing of client flexible benefit schemes and will have responsibility for the below:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with relevant technical teams
  • Managing work in relation to delivering client builds on time
  • Identify and document process flows
  • Be a key point of contact between the consultancy team and the configuration team
  • Deliver added value by suggesting alternative solutions based on client or internal requirements
  • Providing advice to employee benefit providers
  • Main clients will be HR managers

Profile

To work for one of the worlds largest Professional Services Company, the successful candidate will hold the following skills and experience:

  • Takes personal responsibility and accountability for own work and guides others around best work practices
  • Assistance manager level role
  • Knowledge of working employee benefits and a background in the benefits structure and processes
  • Strong client facing skills and a visual skill-set
  • Selling, advising best options and plans alongside tailoring packages for the client
  • Candidate to be great in client facing roles however not too technical
  • Experience with employee benefits ideally worked in an in-house benefits team would be an advantage
  • Comfortable with internal processes and advising clients in relation to benefit changes and market confidence
  • Sustains a high level of drive, shows enthusiasm and a positive attitude when coping with pressure at work
  • Continuously learns from experiences. Seeks out feedback and development opportunities
  • Works in a cooperative, respectful manner with colleagues, clients and the wider community
  • Analyses problems, identifies core issues, investigates, evaluates and integrates information
  • Communicates with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear
  • Builds the reputation of the company through the quality of work, knowledge and experience
  • Monitors and upholds high quality of service and products to clients (internal and external)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse, interpret and manipulate data in Excel
  • Experience of interpreting flexible benefit scheme designs
  • Solid understanding of how the technology can be applied to meet clients needs in the flexible benefits marketspace
  • ASAP start however can wait for the exceptional candidate
  • Must be willing to travel to client sites
