Sales Associate

One of our clients, a global software company based in London, who provide AML, Trade Compliance solutions with an additional advantage of using AI and big data to help companies stay ahead in the battle of finding transaction issues. They are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional, who is passionate and focused to lead sales pursuits and have an established strong reseller partner channels along with a solid direct go to market which provides a wealth of leads to expertly manage. They must have demonstrable experience with B2B sales success across Europe.

Must have proven foundational expertise with lead qualification, value selling, business case creation, multi-level selling and commercial negotiations.
Qualify and educate prospects to help them understand how our solution can add value to their business
Actively help shape, create and develop the company culture and help us continue to grow and disrupt
Keen commercial instinct to determine which opportunities to prioritise and will have excellent communication skills.
The attitude of the right fit will be someone that is hungry to develop their skills, eager to learn and become an industry expert and excited to contribute and shape our successful growth
Background in AML, compliance, financial transactions and financial crime is preferred but not required.

Required Skills:-
A minimum of 3-5 years experience selling software solutions.
Sales skills (cold calling, sales presentations, price and terms negotiations, problem management, account management, account growth etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence at all levels
Proven track record in sales
Excellent telephone manner and client facing presentation skills (verbal and written)
Above all you must be smart, sharp, results driven motivated to make a difference.

You must be a proven self-starter and entrepreneur with a creative sales approach and a customer value ethos as well as excellent communication/interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with people at all levels and have the confidence and right attitude to succeed.
