Summary of Role

Ready to take the next steps in your project engineering career within a leading forward-thinking and rapidly expanding organisation committed to providing cutting edge technical solutions and manufacturing capabilities? You will play a pivotal role in the implementation and project management of new product introductions and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take a leading role through the project management and implementation of new NPI project builds into the business.
* Work as the bridge between the engineering team and the product department.
* Working on your own initiative, create project plans and define roles and responsibilities, with a focus on lean manufacturing.
* Work with and manage a team to keep to tight deadlines.
* Read and understand engineering drawings and tolerances (GD&T Preferred).

What you'll bring to the role:

* Proven leadership experience with excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
* Experience working across multiple projects to differing deadlines.
* HNC/HND, degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline and FMEA training/experience.
* Experienced with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices, and seeing projects through the full life cycle.
* Continuous improvement background and experience within a standardised industry desirable.
