Water Compliance Technician

Water Compliance Technician and Driving Assistant based at Heathrow Airport, full time permanent contract.

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual to provide our clients with comprehensive engineering support. As part of this role, you will develop a detailed understanding of contractual requirements and build strong relationships with internal and external customers. You will also be responsible for implementing maintenance activities, ensuring maximum efficiency with minimal downtime, and supporting best working practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance of the water system
• Comply with existing business risk management procedures
• Develop a detailed knowledge of contractual requirements
• Support, develop, and communicate best working practices
• Complete all PPM in adherence with SLA's & KPI's
• Maintain site log books, O&M's and quality procedures
• Daily flushing of water outlets and recording the temperature's
• Pass an airside driving course to enable escorting of sub-contracting personnel

Qualifications/Person Specification

• Full UK Driving licence
• Experience with similar maintenance duties
• Experience of Heathrow Airport preferred
• Excellent customer service skills, encompassing a positive 'can do' attitude
• Proactive approach in seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement and change
• Good written, innumeracy and verbal skills
• Ability to assess relevant information accurately
• Planning, organisational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated with a methodical approach to work
