Yardi Application Analyst (Fixed term contract -12 months)

Our client is a leading real estate asset manager. We are looking for a proven Yardi Application Analyst to join the team in London.

The Application Analyst is responsible for driving efficiency through best practice functionality implementation and system configuration for the businesses Yardi Voyager platform across the European business and works closely with Asset Management, Finance, and the Technology teams by providing knowledge of the Yardi suite of products and their use in Business environments.

Responsibilities

Implementation

• Participate as a technical resource in projects relating to deployment of new Yardi functionality, products and modules, onboarding of new investments, data migrations and country roll-out. Contribute to system configuration, database, data, and other deployment aspects to deliver a best-in-class solution.
• Scope and document business requirements and processes, prepare gap analysis between local business practices or Legacy systems and Yardi Voyager functionality.
  Actively support the solution design and deployment of related configuration to UAT and Production databases
• Create and maintain project deliverables, assist with post go-live and transition to support and maintain close communication with stakeholders throughout the various project phases

App support/Development

• Participate in delivering support and maintenance of new and existing functionality related to Yardi.
• Document and maintain permissions, menus, and security for Yardi Application
• Work with the team on system upgrades and integration with other IT systems, regression testing, develop and maintain standard Testing plans, UAT Scripts and Functional testing scripts.
• Identify process and system improvements and implement solutions to drive efficiency and best practice approach across multiple countries.
• Train end users and maintain training documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and support Yardi users as needed.

Criteria

• Good understanding and expertise of Yardi Voyager functionality relating to Property Management.
• Knowledge of elevate products (Construction and Forecast Manager) and Investment Management is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years' relevant experience with Yardi Voyager System Administration/Support/Implementation. Microsoft SQL Server technical skills are highly desired.
