Guide Wire Consultant experience in core Billing Centre OR Policy Centre

Guidewire Billing Centre

1. Must have experience of working in GW core Billing Centre including Integration.

2. Development team is using agile delivery methods thus knowledge of Engineering standards, DevOps, Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence), CI/CD important

3. Support the planning and delivery of changes o Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with Customer architectures and road maps

4. Quality assure requirements, impact assessments, design specifications, resource estimates

5. Optimise Guidewire delivery capabilities

6. Assist in prioritise the backlog of changes to the platform as part of a squad

7. Work across squads to deliver business outcomes, taking part in Agile ceremonies

8. Knowledge of AWS, usage of Python Scripting would be an added advantage

Guidewire Policy Centre

1. Must have experience of working in GW Policy Centre including Integration.

2. Have good knowledge on upgrade and integration

3. Support the planning and delivery of changes

4. Quality assure requirements, impact assessments, design specifications, resource estimates

5. Optimise Guidewire delivery capabilities

6. Assist in prioritise the backlog of changes to the platform as part of a squad

7. Work across squads to deliver business outcomes, taking part in Agile ceremonies

Guidewire BA

1. Very strong Insurance domain knowledge
2. Build strong relationships within the business units and support functions to understand the business needs.
3. Collaborate with development and testing teams to provide subject matter expertise, ensure that out of the box functionality is leveraged and to assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues
4. Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and guide the team on fixing the defects
5. Triage the defects rightly and ensure quality for release into production
