Our client, an award-winning IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering secure and compliant technical services to multiple organisations.
My client is currently looking for a dedicated 1st line support technician who is confident for customer service delivery and teamwork. You will have the ability to take ownership of issues and be interested in progressing within the organisation to 2nd line technical level.
Key responsibilities:
- Trouble shoot issues to a 1st line technical level ie creating new users/password resets.
- Answer support desk phone calls professionally and provide technical support.
- Accurately record time and issue information within CRM system, Auto Task.
Skill Set:
- Experience providing 1st Line Technical support.
- Experience working as part of a busy service desk environment.
- Experience working with Active Directory/Office 365/Networks/Hardware builds.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple customers and multiple issues.
- Ability to work under pressure effectively to tight deadlines.
