Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated SAP S/4 HANA Consultant with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash processes to join a Global IT Consultancy. Reporting into the CIO, the ideal candidate will be SC Cleared, forward-thinking, comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders, and capable of managing a team of 20 professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 20 SAP S/4 HANA professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to meet client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and communicating project progress, risks, and issues.
• Oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process within SAP S/4 HANA, including sales order management, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, drive best practices, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in strategic planning, resource allocation, and project management to support overall business objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

• SC Clearance is required for this role.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation, with a focus on Order-to-Cash processes.
• Proven experience managing and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English
