The role's responsibilities will include discovering opportunities that offer the highest value to the client, maximising profitability, and minimising commercial risk. It will also include providing commercial and contractual administration of projects.

Essential Experience:

• Full clean Driving License
• BSc in Quantity Surveying
• HND, HNC, BSc, BEng, construction/business related degrees - Alternative Qualifications considered.
• Min 3-5 years post-graduate experience ideally as site based QS contractor/subcontractor side.
• Working experience of NEC3/4 forms of contract
