We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to join our clients team in building up a Digital Delivery Hub in Leeds. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to an agile, multi-disciplinary team of developers, testers, agile leads, and product owners, to deliver exciting digital products and redefining how they deliver digital products.

Lead Java Developer - Leeds - Up to £85,000

We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to join our clients team in building up a Digital Delivery Hub in Leeds. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to an agile, multi-disciplinary team of developers, testers, agile leads, and product owners, to deliver exciting digital products and redefining how they deliver digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the development of your Squad, providing direction and oversight of technical delivery
• Provide mentoring and coaching of more junior members of staff to enhance and improve the team's capability
• Strong technical knowledge of one or more of the following - Java, Javascript/Typescript, Angular, AWS
• Establish a series of engineering best practices and implement them across multiple teams
