SAP Functional Analyst (Global Trade Service) - UK Wide (Hybrid working) - Salary up to £60k

Your new company are one of the UK's leading aerospace and defence organisation, operating in over 15 countries worldwide with over 50,000 employees; 7000 of which are based in the UK. I for a am recruiting SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Functional Analyst to join a specialised team of SAP Professionals within our IT department that are responsible for the ongoing support of two SAP systems split across two divisions using DevOps.

Your new role

The SAP GTS Functional Analyst is part of the IT Applications team and supports all reporting capabilities provided to the business in the UK. Working closely with other SAP Functional Analysts and key business stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Deliver projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs
• May co-ordinate and supervise the activities of team members
• Take ownership of and solve more complex technical problems and issues within own specialty
• Prioritise work and time to deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests and projects meeting Service Level Agreements
• Provide support for migration projects as and when required
• Work with the business to analyse requirements, design and deliver solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Work with business experts and technical resources to facilitate incident & problem resolution

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in an IT Functional Analyst role, be an excellent communicator, possess strong analytical skills with an ability to understand business requirements and identify the most appropriate solution
• Experience of at least three + full SAP life cycle implementations
• Experience with SAP GTS configuration & customising
• Hands on experience with SAP Modules including; MM and SD
• Strong stakeholder management skills
