Storage Consultant/Engineer - NetApp with Switches (Brocade/Cisco) - Amsterdam in the Netherlands

Storage Consultant/Engineer with NetApp with Switches (Brocade/Cisco) is needed for a 6 to 9-month project based in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, paying a rate of €500 per day and more for the ideal candidate. Candidates must have at least 4-5 years' experience in Storage specifically in NetApp Storge array & Cisco Switches.

Skills

• Candidate should have 5+ years' experience in a Storage (HITACHI, HP3PAR or NetApp) environment which include administrations, support and/or troubleshooting role.
• Conceptual understanding of NetApp storage architecture, Storage tiering
• Independently handle day to day task like provisioning, monitoring, health check, reporting
• Sound knowledge in replication technology like Snapmirror, monitoring tool awareness like OCI, Grafana etc.
• Conceptual understanding of Storage Grid and Snapcenter solution from administration perspective
• Sound knowledge in Switches (Cisco/Brocade) with day-to-day task awareness like zone creation, removal, performance monitoring, config backup etc.
• Basic concepts, familiarity with GUI/CLI for checking port status, health status of switch, etc.
• Sound knowledge of backup tool eg, Commvault, VMware knowledge is an added advantage.
• Ready to provide 24*7 & able to manage shift independently.
• Sound knowledge of ITIL process and CAB process
