Salt have partnered with a multinational software company as they are on the look out for a Community Manager to join their team. This is a pivotal, 5 month role supporting their brand proposition and customer advocacy.

You will have experience managing and growing online communities across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for engaging with the community members, developing, and implementing content strategies to increase engagement and growth, and moderating user-generated content.

You will work with regional stakeholders to bring key topics that demonstrate the clients expertise to life. You will also be responsible for the creation of voice of customer content as well as the full management of the business discussions online community; populating content, moderating responses and analysing performance

Skills and experience:

  • You will need to be able to work effectively and collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • You will also need to work independently to a specific brief, using creative and engagement skills to deliver key content on time to enable forum launch and continued success.
  • You will have experience of marketing, PR, social media and excellent communication skills.
  • You will have experience in creating, engaging copy and creating content including video.
  • You will be experienced in briefing design and ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
  • You will be mindful of Customer Experience and their aims that the online business discussions community be useful for customers, delivering value.
  • Understanding of relevant ROI metrics, analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to liaise, interact and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and digital marketing and community tools, plus CRM and display best practice regarding customer data.

Key Details:

  • £250 per day INSIDE IR35
  • Start: ASAP/Immediately
  • Duration: 5 months (scope for extension DOP)
  • Hybrid working: 1 day per week in office
  • Office HQ: Ideally be able to travel to the office in the North East
