Social Intelligence Manager - 4 months + - Paris, France - Hybrid

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Social Intelligence Manager ready to take on their next challenge with one of our clients in the Consumer Goods industry. The project will work in a hybrid capacity in Paris, France.

Our client is looking for a Social Intelligence Manager to manage the rollout of the Talkwalker platform and Analytics (Launched early 2023).

Accountabilities

• Our client is seeking assistance with on-boarding the Markets and Brands to the new platform and demonstrating the value of the insight to making smarter marketing decisions.
• Training marketing and brand teams on the platform, how to analyze the data and how to use the data to answer their business questions
• Conducting ad hoc analyses as needed to answer business questions
• Guiding the development of briefs to Talkwalker and other Social Intelligence agencies
• Ensuring campaigns and activations are properly coded in the system to enable measurement

Social Intelligence Manager requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience, ideally with experience on the client side
• Strong experience with the Talkwalker platform
• Must have experience managing Social Intelligence in a company (Client side)
• Demonstrated ability to leverage SI data into actionable recommendations
• Experience working across all markets, including with the Chinese ecosystem
• Strong project management/delivery skills - able to juggle multiple projects at once
• Deep understanding of how to interpret social data correctly for robust insight
• Ability to work in an agile environment
• Ability to be pro-active and autonomous
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• English required, French helpful but not necessary

Start date: Beginning July 2023

Duration: 4 months (Incl August Holiday)

Rate: Competitive
