1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst/Helpdesk Analyst - Leeds, West Yorkshire - £27,000 - HYBRID 2 DAYS PER WEEK OFFICE BASED plus other great benefits

Leading, Leeds based organisation has an opening for a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk analyst with Office 365 experience to join their existing team supporting internal and external stakeholders on a busy helpdesk. As a 1st/2nd Line Servicedesk Analyst/Helpdesk Analyst you will have excellent customer service skills, be proactive, excellent communication skills with a team oriented approach and above all a superb working attitude and a great personality. You will be required to take calls (incidents and service requests) on the IT service desk system, ensuring that all client contact and updates are recorded, investigate, monitor and resolve any incidents/service requests, liaise with internal/external clients and IT support to resolve incidents, be responsible for application delivery, patching and anti-virus, install software where appropriate and Asset tag, log and where appropriate document all IT assets.
