Your new role

The role is assisting our client in the deployment of laptop refreshes across their estate on the outskirts of Bristol, close to the M4. Your role will be to meet up with customers who would have booked a pre-arranged time slot with you via the clients internal booking system. You will then hand over the new laptop and assist the end user in setting up their new device ready to work. All devices will need bios and driver updates to be carried out prior to deployment. As part of the deployment there are also admin tasks required to be completed as well as updating the customers asset list. The successful candidate will be solely responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the laptop deployments. You will be working closely however with an already in situ team of engineers on site who will give you the training you need to carry out the role. We are looking for a keen, proactive individual who has good customer service skills as well as good time keeping. The successful candidate will be required to complete the client's clearance process, which has to be completed and passed before starting on site. The start date is ASAP (pending successful clearance) and is currently running to at least the end of September 2023 with potential to be extended.
