Our client is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join their team based in Woking, on a permanent basis for a profitable software product and services company with an excellent reputation.

Our client places critical importance on the security, reliability, and effectiveness of the Azure infrastructure. The Cloud Systems and Infrastructure Manager holds responsibility for this as well as being the SME for IT Security.

Infrastructure Manager - Permanent - Woking

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain existing hosting infrastructure.
• Recommend and implement improvements to the architecture of the Azure environment.
• Manage the spending and utilisation of the Azure environment within agreed budgets.
• Working across the business to maintain ISO27001, Cyber Essentials and GDPR compliance.

Essential Skills

• An excellent understanding of CSS, and its fundamentals.
• Azure support and architecture, specifically compute, networking and security.
• nginx configuration and management.
• IT Security skills to SME level.
• Data protection including GDPR.
• Maintaining and developing ISO processes.
