Role Overview:

• Providing SAP best practice expertise, supporting daily operation and effective performance of the business solution.
• Implementation and Support, Business requirement gathering, Business Blue-print documentation, Gap-Fit analysis, As-is and To-be analysis.
• Pre-Sales activities related to POC in system for various requirements.
• Participate in client meetings to improve functionalities, solution overview of the new changes, QA testing approach, planned activities support.
• Planning, development-configuration, and implementation of change requests for SAP FICO, SRM, MM, SD Modules.
• Resolution of error incidents and critical issues logged by end-users.

What you would bring:

• 5+ years' SAP experience working in a challenging project and/or support environment.
• Exposure to one or more of the following areas: FICO/MM/SD/SRM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions.
