I am working with a fast-growing organisation who deals with Commercial Motor Insurance within the UK and Ireland. This company works in a sustainable and innovative way, embracing change in order to improve sustainability and productivity. With their quick growing business, they are looking to expand their IT team and are keen to find someone who wants to grow and develop their skills within the organisation.

Your new role

In this exciting opportunity as an IT Support Analyst, you will be responding to user support requests and assisting users with application operations. You will also be responsible for resolving desktop and system level issues which may escalate to more technical problems. if needed you would need to connect with 3rd parties for further assistance. As the IT Support Analyst, you will be hands on and dealing with the installation of hardware, cabling and electrical equipment.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

• VOIP System Knowledge
• Experience with ITIL Framework
• Computer & User Management in Active Directory
• Working with Windows Servers including 2012 RDS, Microsoft Office 2010/2016/365
• Corporate infrastructure knowledge
• Working with Apple products including: laptops, iPads and iPhones
