Scala Software Engineer

Are you an experienced Scala Developer or an experienced JAVA developer looking to learn Scala development? Are you interested in working for a company that produce their own software, have a very flexible policy around work from home vs work from the office and have great internal staff reviews? The core application is currently a monolithic application with a Golang and Scala/JAVA Back End and a Typescript UI. The team are currently in the process of breaking this down into microservices and deploying to an Azure cloud.

They are looking for experienced Scala developers or as previously mentioned good JAVA developers who have developed microservices applications to join the team and help drive this migration to microservices.

From a technical perspective, the application is incredibly fault tolerant, as such you will ideally have developed applications with considerations around availability and scalability.
