Lead HR Policy Specialist

To be considered/successful you will have:

Experience of defining and implementing an HR policy and procedure review programme

Previous experience as an HR policy lead in a multi-faceted, complex organisation

First class knowledge and understanding of corporate HR policies and procedures and legislation

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and able to present confidently to internal stakeholders

Good analytical skills, able to review and interpret information and determine the best approach

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to confidently influence and inform key senior stakeholders.

Experience of direct or Matrix management of others, developing and motivating to achieve their full potential.

Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team.

Ability to make decisions effectively, using either own knowledge or available information

CIPD qualified
