With several schools located across Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and East London, they look to encourage cultural diversity, creating interdependence and ensuring quality education for all young people. They are currently looking for an IT Technician that can be a part of their fast expanding team who can bring value to the organisation.

Your new role

In this exciting opportunity as an IT Technician you will be providing 1st Line support for the IT network, systems and stand-alone units. You will also be responsible for managing user accounts via. Active Directory adding students and staff when needed. Within this role, you will also be expected to help keep the schools ICT in the best possible condition, keeping it 100% safe, secure, compliant and available.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

• Experience of working with the Microsoft product set
• Experience with 0365
• Knowledge of Apple product set
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent organisation skills
• Self-motivated and driven
• DBS Check
