The Opportunity
Looking for an Angular/JavaScript Developer, to help us on our journey of providing the best-in-market products, developing complex web-based, Front End applications. You will have broad experience of both technical implementations and low-level concepts and be comfortable building relationships with your technical colleagues and our customers, taking advantage of our technologies including data analytics and cloud.

Core technical skills & experience for the Angular Developer are:

• Strong Front End developer in JavaScript &/or Angular
• Strong Unit Testing, mocking frameworks (Jasmine/Mockito)
• Messaging technologies (Rabbit MQ, IBM MQ for example)
• Cloud Technologies (AWS or Azure)
• Microservices, Containerisation (Docker)
• Any experience/knowledge of NoSQL/Relational databases
• Any experience of React (nice to have-not essential)

Involvement in/experience of:

• Develop and test solutions in line with user requirements
• Estimate user stories and delivery of the iterative development life cycle
• Software implementations of latest JavaScript/Java frameworks, working within Eclipse and IntelliJ IDE's
• Assist in mentoring team members

The company offers a Hybrid working environment working from home and 1 day per week in either of their East Midlands, Bucks or London offices (whichever is best for you), with a base salary range of £50-70K, depending on experience and a great benefits package including: 25 days holidays rising to 27 days per annum after 3 years, Pension plan, Private healthcare, Group Life Assurance, Income Protection cover, Free eye tests and flu vaccine vouchers for all staff, Cycle to Work scheme for bikes, Interest-free rail season ticket loans.
