Product Owner - Customer Portal

Hiring: Product Owner - Americas/Remote, 6months +, Freelance

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Product Owner for an initial contract of 6 months with an exciting client.
Our client is looking for someone based in the Americas for a full end to end implementation of their new customer portal.

The roles and responsibilities of Product Owner are:

• Defines the Customer Portal squad's strategy based on Client's goals and Customer Portal outcomes.
• Manages the value identification and sees to a timely realization for the Customer Portal.
• Owns backlogs, prioritizes features, set, drive and adjust the roadmap and the MVP of the portal.
• Drives organisational alignment; uses user stories and product backlog to inform and engage stakeholders, uses clear communications, trainings and change management.
• Collaborates with teams to define and align Sprint goals, seeing to 'ready' user stories.
• Provides hands-on support to the Squad to deliver Sprint commitments.

The Product Owner should have the following skill set:

• Strong experience in driving Digital Programs and building and deploying Customer Portals in an international setting.
• Seasoned in an Agile way of working.
• In-depth understanding of relevant tech stack, data flows, DevOps, A/B testing strategy, tooling and using qualitative and quantitative data for prioritizing MVPs and features.
• Deep understanding of driving change in a dynamic international environment.

• Length of contract: Initial duration of 6 months, extendable based on performance
