Our client, a leading University on the south coast of England are looking to hire a Configuration Developer on a 18 month Fixed Term Contract.

You will be involved in an exciting SIS (Student Integration System) project that sees itself moving our client's old SIS to a new Cloud based solution. The new platform will eventually manage everything to do with our client's students from their initial UCAS application and eventually feed into other students' systems for example those that manage student accommodation etc.

You will be expected to work closely with the IT technical team, associated Project Managers and other key members of the project team in ensuring that all aspects of the data migration process within the scope of the project are tightly controlled and delivered.

This is an important role where the role holder will be equally adept at working alone or in a team, is highly adept at API management.

You will be working in an Oracle Forms environment. This is a configuration role rather than a heavy coding role. Candidates will be required to demonstrate a broad and extensive background as a Configurator in a form's environment. Knowledge and/or expertise in DB interrogation including Oracle and or MS SQL would also be ideal as would a working knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM and/or Banner. Any exposure to low code integration tools would also be beneficial. Dell BOOMI would also be considered advantageous.

Salary: Up to £55,582.40
