Job Title: Senior Solution Architect - Financial Services

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join an existing team with a strong background in financial services. The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing effective and efficient technology solutions to meet the needs of financial services clients. This individual will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design technology solutions that meet client requirements and align with business objectives
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess risks, and identify constraints to ensure the delivery of a high-quality solution
• Develop project plans and oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring that project timelines and budget constraints are met
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery
• Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the banking industry to ensure that solutions are innovative and effective

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology consulting and banking
• Proven experience in designing and implementing technology solutions in the banking industry
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, application development, and integration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks, identify constraints and provide solutions
• Experience leading and mentoring junior team members
• Ability to travel as needed to client sites.
