The organisation is looking to hire a Process Improvement lead as it continues to grow new verticals and solidify existing operations. You will be tasked with reviewing business wide initiatives that require process improvement across its corporate/operations functions. A background of working in continuous improvement/process improvement or as business analyst who has on occasions assisted/implemented process improvement initiatives during the transfer from the AS is to TO be stage.

Description

  • Identify process improvement opportunities as part of design and strive for best in class processes.
  • Produce data driven analysis of process performance to support the management and improvement of working practices across multiple business lines.
  • Design future state and improved business processes using best practices and tools.
  • Responsible for understanding and documenting the KPI's, risks, controls and business rules relevant to the processes.
  • Ensure processes are well documented and understood in end to end process maps
  • Support business implementation and readiness plans and activities, through project planning, management and creation of procedures/SOPs where required.
  • Support the creation and delivery of change management activities such as change impact assessments, change action plans, training needs analysis and change readiness assessments.

Profile

  • Previous experience of developing and supporting end to end processes improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting on business process redesign as part of company wide transformation.
  • Demonstrable experience of using process mapping tools, eg MS Visio/ARIS/Signavio.
  • Lean Sigma Six qualified - ideal but not essential.
  • Sector experience in Rail or logistics preferred but not essential.
