Customer Service Team Leader/Supervisor/Full Time - Permanent/£40,000 - £43,000 annual salary

Your new role

You will be responsible for leading a team as part of a project or defined work stream, driving excellent customer service standards and being the drive behind the attainment of KPIs. You will assess resource requirements, support the management of day-to-day activity to ensure all team objectives are met within overall time, cost, and budget constraints. You will demonstrate the performance of your project through report writing to the management team. As part of this role, you will coach and mentor your team's development, as well applying HS&E policies throughout.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, excellent supervisory skills, with previous experience of leading teams within a social housing environment. You will need the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships, as well as experience mentoring and developing teams. The right candidate will also have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in presentation and in writing.
