Knowledge Base Writer (Inside IR35)

Hi All,

I'm currently looking for a Knowledge Base Writer to help users understand how to use a product or service, answer their questions, solve their problems and promote a self-service culture within a global FinTech organisation to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.

You will be working with the COO team for Corporate Operations which includes HR, Finance, Legal and Real Estate so ideally need someone that has worked in a large-scale environment, preferably experience in Finance/Banking industry.

Key requirements:

• Previous experience writing knowledge articles and User Guides
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to write for different audiences and purposes
• Create written content that answers FAQs and provides instructions for problem solving and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and authoring tools eg ServiceNow
• Strict adherence to specific guidelines within the organisation
• Ability to write compelling content on various topics and research content on existing platforms
• Work with knowledge owners, managers and knowledge administrators to ensure content is accurate and in line with publishing guides

• London based role
• Hybrid working
• Must be available to start within 2 weeks
• Inside IR35 contract - 6 months
