We are supporting a Coworking operator with their search for a Business Development Manager to lead their UK sales and membership team. This role will be the number one role for the business concerning sales and will report directly to the Founders and CEO.
We are seeking a strategic sales manager who can motivate and lead a talented team of membership manager based in London and several other UK cities. You will be tasked with driving revenue through new sales as well as the retention of existing members. Our client currently has 9 open sites and are looking to open 10 more in the next 24 months, so an ability to lead this growth plan is key.
Ideally you will have a background in both frontline sales to personal and corporate clients as well as experience leading a sales team within flexible office, business or innovation centers or coworking providers.
