Oracle Cloud Talent & Learn Specialist

My client, a Central Government department seek an Oracle specialist responsible for delivering and supporting the Oracle Talent Management and Learn Cloud solution of a critical Government programme, including reporting, integrations and data related to Talent Management and Learn.

This role is Working closely with the HCM Delivery Manager, Solution Architect and business colleagues to ensure the system and processes are defined to meet client requirements using standard functionality and following best practice.

Core skills

• Demonstrable experience of working with the Client to shape their business processes and structures for things like Competency Framework, Talent and Model Profiles, Talent Review, Succession Planning.
• Demonstrable experience of designing and configuring Oracle Talent Management.
• Demonstrable experience of designing and configuring Oracle Learn Cloud
• Demonstrable experience of Core HR, including the cross module dependencies between Talent Management and Learn.
• Demonstrable experience of defining complex functional designs and processes covering for system functionality, reports, integrations, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Solution Architect, Core HR Lead and the Client to shape solutions.
• Experience of coaching and supporting the business to execute system and user acceptance testing.

Experience required

• Strong technical and functional experience with the Talent and Learn Modules of Oracle Cloud HCM
• Previous experience working within a number of Organisations, setting up Talent and Learn Modules while consulting on Business Processes, Competency Frameworks etc.
