1st Line Support Engineer - Edinburgh

We are working with a company who provide industrial, commercial and residential smart metering services across the UK.

They are looking for a 1st line Support Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. Whilst reporting to the Group Service Delivery Manager and working within a team of 6, you will deliver IT support to users across several sites/The role will be based on site in Bathgate located just outside of Edinburgh.

You will be required to

• Navigate the current ICT system whilst supporting users.
• Communicate with users via Emails, Ticketing service, Phone calls.
• Organise and prioritise incidents and tickets.

This role will be based on site and the candidate will need to drive. There will be travel between various sites which will compensated for by the organisation.
