STMS is seeking a success-driven Account Executive to join our advertising sales team! This position allows you to build income potential with our current client base while creating new relationships through your own prospecting. This is your opportunity to use your sales experience to greatly increase your income potential. Successful applicants will have some prior sales experience (preferably in Outside Sales) and be self-motivated. In exchange, we'll support you with real-time client support from experienced on-site Account Managers to help you easily make the sale!

Qualifications

  • Experience: at least two years' digital advertising sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Education: college degree (or combination of comparable work experience)
  • Exposure to digital sales proposing solutions.
  • Able to identify, qualify, generate, and track new business
  • Demonstrated persuasive, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Networking abilities
  • Ability to manage and grow a book of existing business
  • Preference for applicants with B2B sales with media solution services

This position requires union-mandated dues be paid every month. In addition, applicants must be willing to undergo a criminal background check and drug screen for controlled substances (which includes marijuana) to be considered on a post-offer basis.
