Your new role
My Client is looking for an experienced Forecast, Planning and MI Manager to join their team based in Fleetwood (there is a requirement to be on site around 3 times a month).

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering accurate plans for the Contact Centre and Back Office areas, enabling teams to maximise resources to meet business requirements.
• Managing a team, supporting their development and will work with Team Managers, the Operational Management Team and Heads of Service.
• Design and develop the use of a workforce management system.
• Develop the formulation of service Forecasting, Planning, and MI strategies and objectives.
• Owning the mid to long term forecasting strategy.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have:

• Strong analytical skills
• Stakeholder management
• The ability to present complex data and information to non-technical managers and senior staff.
• Prior experience working in a contact centre and hands on knowledge of their concepts including

- Forecasting
- Scheduling
- Analysis and reporting of contact centre performance
