Description:

The Sales Development Representative acts as the liaison between the marketing and sales teams, seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

Using communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. Ultimately, boosting sales and contributing to long-term business growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

• Present our company to potential clients

• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

• Schedule qualified consultation for our Sales Team

• Report to the Sales Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

2+ years successful experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role in a lead generation SaaS, real estate, or sales environment
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations
• Advanced education preferred
