IT Service Desk Analyst - We are looking for an experienced IT Support (Service Desk Analyst) to join a dynamic and busy international team. The role will provide the opportunity for a strong IT Support (Service Desk Analyst) to share ideas, information and innovation with a global team of technologists.

Role - IT Support (Service Desk Analyst)

Job description:

Handle clients support requests on call;

Logging call details into tickets in the internal system;

Meet standard KPIs (average handling time, first point resolution, call quality);

Maintain adherence to schedule;

Work on value-adding activities such as knowledge base update;

Additional Requirements:

  • Some knowledge of the IT hardware and software;
  • Customer service experience;
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (verbal and written);
  • Ability to work in late shifts (if required);


Freshers with excellent comm. skills in English language may also apply
