A world leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company who are supporting companies in taking their products from early development through to commercial manufacturing. Working closely with external clients throughout the entire product life cycle to deliver innovative solutions.
To provide support in the development and implementation of the sites LEAN strategic plan and establishment of a LEAN culture on the site.
You will be an active member of the LEAN Committee and to lead and facilitate LEAN workshops and improvement activities on the Gemba taking into consideration cGMP and HSE requirements.
Working on the Gemba supporting teams implement standards to drive process stability and transformational improvement
You will coach team members/supervisors/managers on the Gemba throughout the Plan-Do-Check-Act improvement cycle
You will also ensure LEAN activities are aligned to business priorities/strategy and +QDCI benefits
You must have a background in a continuous improvement position, ideally a minimum c.2-5 years
You must have previously lead a team through change
Excellent understanding of LEAN principles
