I am working with a fantastic client who are a growing family owned multi-service contractor specialising in mechanical, electrical and construction projects based in South Darenth who are seeking an Administrator/PA to join their team.
You will be responsible for the day to running of the office
Key skills required:
-Previous Administration Experience
-Excellent knowledge/application of all Microsoft Office packages
-Proven track record of using in-house CRM portal systems or can demonstrate your ability to pick up CRM system's quickly
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-High level of attention to detail, integrity and reliability
-Able to work proactively and autonomously with ease
-Demonstrate a can-do, accommodating attitude
-Social media skills would be an advantage.
You will be working alongside and liaising with building service engineers and managers on a day to day basis so a strong character, personality and a great sense of humour is definitely essential for this role.
This role would suit a fresh graduate who is looking for a career as an administrator/PA with the prospects of becoming an office manager in the future.
