SC Security Cleared Servicedesk Team Leader - Central London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an SC Security Cleared Servicedesk Team Leader to be involved in a prestigious Government project based in Central London on an initial contract until the end of May, with a view to extend.
As the new Service Desk Team Leader, you will act as the escalation point for IT support issues. You will have extensive experience dealing with major incidents, managing stakeholders, able to handling difficult situations as they arise.
You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the operating systems and Office 365, G-suite as well as ensuring that all hardware and software is maintained to a high standard. You will also be a key player in developing the support team.
In order to be a success in your new role, you will have previous experience leading a servicedesk, leading major incident managements and have good working knowledge of Office 365, G-suite, Active Directory and Exchange. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate on all levels. You will also need to be pro-active, autonomous and be the driving force in improving the Support team.
You will need live SC Security Clearance in order to be considered for this position
