Legal Applications Support Manager is required for an international law firm in a fantastic central London location.
Excellent opportunity for MANAGEMENT TRAINING and Personal Development for a Legal Application Support Analyst who is ready to take the next career step and move into a management role.
You will be guiding a Legal Applications Support Team looking after a number of business systems: providing 3rd line support and undertaking projects; upgrades, new modules, development, strategy, road mapping and managing change.
YOU MUST have strong SQL skills and knowledge of .NET Development along with previous experience supporting Legal Applications, ie:
- CRM - (ideally Interaction)
- DMS - Document Management Systems, (ie OpenText eDOCS, iManage)
- Time Recording Systems, (ie Aderant Expert Time, Carpe Diem)
- Digital Dictation - (ideally BigHand)
