Are you a Salesforce Administrator looking to travel work for a Platinum partner providing Customer Support looking for a new role. Then the objective for our client is to support their existing team by bringing on additional members to support new and current customers for a Pan-European expansion. There are opportunities to work from home as well as travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide post implementation support
  • Managing and looking after:
    • security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups
    • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications
    • custom reports, dashboards, and workflows
    • operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views,
    • evaluate and consider new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on implications on users
  • Support Consultants with workshops and implementation
  • Support with administrating Xenogenix instance of Salesforce

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Organisational and time management skills
  • managing volume and tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication, both written and spoken English
  • Report and provide feedback to all levels including clients
  • Understand, apply and use personal computers and software applications including advanced skills in Salesforce, Powerpoint, Excel, Office 365/Skype, and Word
  • Problem-solve job-related issues
  • Maintain confidentiality of information

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Qualified (ADM 201)
