Job Summary

This position is located on the front lines of our customers experience and is responsible for providing superior service during their journey. You are the person that they count on to listen, be their advocate and hold them accountable. This will mainly be accomplished by answering inbound phone calls from customers, dealerships, sales agents, and technicians.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience with claims adjustment, damage estimation, or insurance
  • Previous experience in the automotive sales, repair or detail industry
  • Previous positions in the customer service industry
  • Previous positions in the contact center world.

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • The employee must be able to view a computer monitor and phone screen with clear vision at 20 inches or less.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
