DIVISION LEADER ELECTRICIAL AND GROUNDS

The Electrical/Grounds Division Leader manages the day to day activities of the Electrical and Grounds Divisions of Plant Operations.
The Division Leader is responsible for the maintenance of the electrical generators and switch gear systems, fire alarm systems, and pneumatic tube systems on the Main Campus and Oakview. The division leader insures all documentation for these systems is collected for data review.
The Division Leader insures that all functions of the Electrical Shop are performed to include preventative maintenance of all electrical equipment, routine work orders, and testing of all critical electrical equipment.
The Division Leader insures that all functions of the Grounds Shop are performed to include grounds maintenance, vehicle maintenance, and courier service.
The Division Leader is an active participant in all contracted and in-house construction projects.
The Division Leader completes all evaluations for the electrical and grounds employees.
Proven track record of ELECTRICAL experience in a healthcare/commercial setting. Supervisory experience preferred.
High school diploma with additional training in NEC code requirements.
Required Length and Type of Experience:
3-5 years experience in a healthcare/commercial environment. Supervisory experience preferred.
