Prime Brokerage Client Services

Our client is a leading investment bank with a strong global presence and reputation within their Capital Markets business who are looking to hire within their growing Prime Brokerage business.

The role would sit within the PB Middle Office team and this person would be responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of the bank's premium and institutional clients to assist with any operational or onboarding queries. The successful candidate would be expected to provide a premium level of client service for the bank's PB clients that make use of the bank's FX, Rates, Fixed Income and OTC Clearing Prime Brokerage products, providing a truly cross-asset experience for the client.

Our client is ideally looking for someone with direct FX or Rates Prime Brokerage experience in a Middle Office or Client Services capacity, but would also consider someone from a traditional Rates/FX Middle Office/Trade Support background.

Suitable experience :

• 3+ years of experience in a large investment bank in Middle Office, Trade Support, Trading Assistant or Client Services roles
• At least traditional FX or Rates Middle Office experience. The ideal candidate would have FXPB or Rates PB experience
• Positive can-do attitude and track record of taking ownership of queries either for internal or external candidates
• Note - candidates with purely Equities or Fixed Income experience will not be relevant for this role
