Business Analyst Expert eFront

Your main tasks:

• Explore, identify and document the requirements of all parties, ensuring that the needs are understood.
• Analyse processes and solutions in order to identify necessary evolutions/improvements.
• Write documents reflecting the business needs.
• Write, with the support of the users, a specification (data, functionalities) integrating the technical and functional constraints.
• Supervise the drafting of the functional test Matrix.
• Liaise with the client's IT teams and system suppliers, where appropriate.
• Write instructions, user guides or procedures, then train/support users.

Qualities required to succeed in this role:

• You have a higher education degree (Bac +5 or equivalent);
• You are fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing;
• You have more than 3 years experience as a Business Analyst;
• You know and master the life cycle of a project.
• You are able to demonstrate significant skills in the use of eFront software;
• You have a thorough knowledge of the main fund accounting processes (nav delivery process, day-to-day operations, financial instruments, reporting, financial statements).
• Knowledge of PERE funds is an advantage.
• An IT background and knowledge of a programming language would be an asset.
